I'm new to dedicated servers and are trying to create a test account for a domain that got reseller privileges. But when I try to do that the following message is returned:

You do not have access to create that package (0)!

I were told here at WHT that I could assing reseller privileges to a domain, but use a different set of nameservers for it. So
domain.com got reseller privileges but uses
ns1.anotherdomain.com and ns2.anotherdomain.com.

Is that the reason I can't create accounts with it or is it possible to do it that way. If so, what is causing the above error? Hope that someone can help me.

Thanks
John

Nogi: I had the same thing come up yesterday. Just make sure that you have the proper reseller features selected and have the resources alloted to the test account that will meet the requirements of the plan you are trying to create.

Login as root on WHM, go to "Reseller Center" then "Edit Reseller Privileges/Nameservers" and select the reseller account from the drop down. Then check you have given that reseller the appropriate permissions to do the tasks you want :)

Thanks for responding - I have gone through it some times but have obviously missed something. :)
