I see that somes hosting companies offers WHMCS licence with the hosting package or reseller hosting package, but i dont know how they do this, so they have a reseller price of WHCMS and lowcost price or what ?

Yup, you have to buy the license in bulk. but hosting company already calculate their selling price. Every body wants profit. Perhaps they reduce the profit and gain more sales.

I think it's called Value Added Services.... From my opinion, I think it's too expensive, unless you already BEP then you can try to provide VAS to your client.

Many companies don't even make a profit and actually "lose" money by offering the licenses free of charge as a loss leader value added service/product. The money is made through additional customers, customer loyalty and so forth.

Em, good point.. but, in the internet world you will find a similar product or services provide by hosting companies. So you must have a lot of value added services to maintain your client.

Although there is some truth to that, after time you will see that some of the best value added services are also sometimes the intangible ones such as: personal touch, constant communication, friendly atmosphere, etc.

Remember, you don't NEED to offer benefits such as licenses or free domains or anything of that nature to be successful.

Best said, Not every time offers can keep clients. The company should also backup with good support and server uptime.
