I've been with them for a few weeks now. The service is generally good and the help is generally friendly. (I usually wait around 6 hours for a reply to a ticket.)
The main problem of recent days/weeks has been downtime. Read the forum for a better idea of what's happening.
Most of the issues are to do with a lack of direct and honest communication from the support team.
(I've not noticed any downtime myself recently.)

For an update,
As, "edk" has said, all servers problems have now been resolved.
Every host has its bad patches, good hosts can survive these. We have come through a period and have learned a lot and can now use this to our advantage. Everything is now running smoothly.
The posts from our forum many hosts would have deleted. As you can see from ours, we are open about any problems that we do have to current and future customers of ours.
New scripts, applications and an additional staff member has been taken on to monitor our servers. As a result we have 24/7 server monitoring. This will enable us to see any problems the second they happen. (Although this has not happened recently, as "edk" has pointed out.).

just wanna say i agree with the problems having been solved. My website monitor shows 100% for the last weeks.
One word of advice. If you open the forums to user use, then make sure you have staff that constantly monitor them and post on them.
A forum on a webhost is like advertising. Make sure it doesn't turn into bad advertising!!

Sorry, that is something that i forgot to mention, we also have the forums checked every 30 minutes or sooner.

I'm with Dot5Hosting for a few accounts and i'm not dissatisfied at all.

Point of clarification. That uptime is for one web site. That may not even be the same server.
Do you offer a Miva Merchant License with your accounts? Or do you just check a box in Ensim and say you have Miva Merchant?
Also, it is hilarious how Sparrow seems to find every review spot. She is everywhere.
