Hello i have problems with white pages.e.g when i go to add payment he show white page and not send confirmation mail to cliet but total cost is ok.


I reinstall whmces complete delete files and install new version 4.12 and when i type database name and user pass... and click to next i get this erors

i complete install and whmcs is work but afein white pages and problem with mass mailing an costumer confirmation mail.

This is happening because it is trying to create a table in mysql with the same name but one already exist. are you sure you are pressing the upgrade button, i have had WHMCS for 6 months and if you go to install the same version again i couldn't get it to work. Im not up to date with 4.1 im on 4.0. But i know from test that if the license is not valid that the whole client area is just a white page.

I delete all whmcs files from old version 4.0.0 and upload new 4.1.2

Yeah but there is still a database that has all the information in it. what control panel do you have? cPanel?

You should open up the MySQL database wizard and make a new user and database and then reinstall on that.

But i have 150 users.with that action i will delete all.

I second WebCave - open a ticket with whmcs support. Matt and his team will get you sorted out. I wouldnt start deleting things until they tell you too.

Yes matt is very helpful he has helped me out numerous times. probably should have suggested that first. Hope you get things working out for you :D

Try removing the install folder and accessing the admin area and changing the client template to the correct client template.
