So I signed up with Multicards and was processing ok. Then from friday I notice sales are down a lot. I get complaints from customers that they can't place orders with their Visa cards anymore.

Problem is Multicards are not accepting Visa for adult anymore, they gave me a long winded explanation (something to do with their acquiring bank not paying them etc). To cut a long story short, I need to find a decent third party processor!

I am in the adult tangible goods (dvd) industry, have processing history and (believe it or not) have been in busines since 2001 contineusly!

Any leads guys?

anyone who can give me some ideas to follow up? Maybe I should have had a more sexier heading to the thread :-(

Have you tried with Chronopay or similar services?

If you have been in the business for such a long time, why don't you ask your bank if they are able to help, even if it is Adult stuff your are selling they might (depending on the country) be able to help.. Finally you could approach some of the Acquiring banks directly to have them point you to a payment processor they might use...

Check Failsafe Payments www.failsafepayments.com . They handle adult business.
I assume you are from Europe because you were with Multicards and it is your advantage to get a processing account quickly.
