Support Technicians:

remote work ok
high availability to the internet is required
Good grammar skills required (English language)
in depth knowledge of CPanel/WHM
understanding of basic server issues
moderate skill level with linux
familiarity with apache, php, mysql, pop, exim, sendmail, bind, outlook, Eudora, the Bat, Netscape
some familiarity with the dialup market
familiarity with windows 95, 98, me, 2k, xp (particularly dialup networking or related components)
availability by Email
Availability by AIM is a plus

Linux Admins

All of the above plus:
availability by phone and AIM
above average knowledge of RedHat
average knowledge of FreeBSD
above average knowledge about security issues
above average knowledge about kernels and how to upgrade/customize/secure them
above average ability to troubleshoot problems
above average ability to work independantly without much guidance
located in Tampa Bay, FL area preferred but not required
