is there any way to cancel the account at this kayako thing?
i have a virtual with this company http://infinitie.net
the support is zero so i had decided 15 days before to cancel the account.
I had submit several tickets to them to cancel the account but these scams they dont answer them.
Not only this they charge my visa for this month.As i observe that kayako thing saves the info for the visa and it doesnt allow you to throw the info out, only it allows to place a new visa.
So these scams they thing that they will charge me every month for a product that i dont want it.
Before i move to the bank and find a solution for that issue i should appreciate if somebody knows a way to cancel the account

To stop getting charged use the credit card number 4921111111111 and any date in the future for expiry. This is the testing card number so it will fail every time they try and charge you.

not kayako mate i dont have an issue with these guys.
I have an issue with this infinitie.net company that is using kayako as an order system.
I have a vps account with them and i want to cancel it about 15 days i try now, i am not keen with this script.
