I got an enom reseller user account so i start using it. Now, I want to transfer one domain to enom, but i'm not receiving the e-mail to confirm that i'm the owner. I do a whois check on my domain, via enom whois, and surprise: my old 6 months ago info (when i had privacy protect on) shows up. I do a whois via joker[dot]com and this shows up the correct info.
I submit a support ticket and one dude tell me that i have to wait 8 hours to receive the e-mail. I replied telling him that i'm trying once again and still no e-mail. After that..silence..i've replied 2 time and still "waiting on customer" status...
What the hell is rong whith enom?

Sorry, I did not understand your question correctly, but if Enom is the gaining Registrar in this case, its very unusual for them to list contact information wrongly on whois. They should be pulling the info from the current Registar.
So if Enom is listing it wrongly, you may want to ask them to check why so? Try to re-confirm the Whois info from other 3rd party sites or maybe other Registrars.

Meanwhile, have you re-confirmed the whois on other sites?

Its likely that the domain was previously under them and transferred away to where it is now.

i don't think so, i am the owner the domain since last year, i registered it from a reseller from resellersclub.
enom didn't had the chance to move it without my e-mail confirmation.

It may have been dropped before you booked it last year. You could check that from www.domaintools.com

still no fix, i opened a second support ticked, and they closed one. Here what one guy Richard answerd me:

The domain is not registered with us. The address was pulled from the public whois information. This is not a cached service. If you have changed the email address listed in the whois, please feel free to submit a new transfer request, so we can poll the whois, and receive the updated information.

wtf..he has 2 screen shots attached to see that their whois is displaying rong and he tell me that the domain isn't registered with them. I KNOW THAT ALREADY.

According to the screenshots - Enom emailed your privacyprotect email. How soon after removing private WHOIS did you initiate the transfer?

after 48 hours. the problem is that it's cached..and that info is there from 2 months ago. on whois appears the old name servers.

maybe it is the TTL its probably a good idea to set this as low as you can first before transfer

@wies guess you commented on a wrong thread. Please review the thread once again :)

@Escu any luck with Enom yet?
