i have a server there and 2 on other hosting companies ......

nothing beat there support i request a reboot for my server and i got a response after 4 min :) any one can belive that and the server rebooted after 10 min

Some questions came up from interested parties that I would like to address publicly:

1. I am currently a rackspace.com customer. Can you reduce my bill by 10%?

Possibly yes.

However, we would need to know the exact configuration including whether or not RAID-1 or RAID-5 is involved along with your current payment (that would save us time because maybe you got a super deal we know we cannot beat from the start).

It would entail canceling with Rackspace.com and signing up with us. The new equipment is at Rackspace.com.

The reason for the cancellation and new sign up is this is not a transfer from one Rackspace.com partner to another, but a move from Rackspace.com to one of their partners.

2. I’m used to going to my.rackspace.com for information and other purposes. Can I still go there?

Yes.

The only note is that we are Rackspace.com’s direct customer for any equipment and services involved.

3. Are the contracts month-to-month? Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, the contracts are month-to-month.

We do require 30 days advance written notice; during the notice period you would be responsible for paying for any and all services you receive.

4. How long have you been in business?

Dynamic Net, Inc. started as PMP Computer Solutions in June 1995, incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania as Dynamic Net, Inc. on January 21, 1998.

We have been providing Internet services since September 1996, and hosting services since November 1996.
