Hi there,
anyone know international merchant accounts providers? I found http://www.netbilling.com/ but would like to get some more and compare.
I won't deal anymore with 2checkout.com due to daily problems, and want to make the jump to a merchant account.

You might think this is crazy but I use Paypal (http://www.paypal.com) for all billing. They accept international billing and I've never had a problem with them.

yeah, PayPal is a efficent way to send and receive money, but it's not a "professional way". I just use it under emergency circunstances or with friends...
This is from the netbilling FAQ...
How do I obtain my own merchant account?
Netbilling Services works with a number of merchant banks and ISOs to assist our clients in obtaining a merchant account at a great qualified rate. Whether you are a Domestic or Foreign merchant, simply fill out our merchant prequalification form, and someone will contact you A.S.A.P..
How much is Netbilling's setup and monthly fees?
Netbilling has a low one-time setup fee of $199 and $25 per month.
It looks to me like Netbilling is just that, a billing service. The 1.5% transaction fee is the fee that Netbilling will charge you to process the transaction. I'm assuming you would still have to pay the discount and transaction fee charged by your bank. Netbilling is not a merchant account. For an added fee you can also let your customers contact Netbilling for any billing questions and so forth, so it looks to me like they are just a full service billing company.
