AIM offline, nobody answers the phone. what happened? it is supposed to be 24/7.

Anytime I call, techs answer within 2 rings, unless there is a phone system problem (which happened once).

Yep. Never had a problem contacting via phone. There were times there wasn't someone available on AIM. But that was before they got all the other AIM names. Now it seems you can *always* get someone. :)
