Please give me a rate from 1-5
1 - Very BAD
2 - Improving but support is quite bad
3 - Quite good. Lots to improve tho
4 - Very Good. Their support and server is good
5 - EXCELLENT..GO AND BUY IT! EVERYTHING IS GOOD
and add a little comment at the bottom too.

As long as our backup scripts can reach the box, we're fine with it. :)

hehe, really depends what you want them for, gary has it in the bud... great backup servers.. not so great for a reliable, stake your hosting business by hosting anything important like clients sites on .. too much downtime at regular intervals for that... from what I see and experience anyway. I'd give them a 3 too as a backup solution :)

IT was bad of them to go from 100mbit to 10mbit and not inform people.. end of story.
(i wont rate them because we dont have boxes with them)

I am managing a server for another web hosting company at UCG. I am very disappointed in the server speed. Compared with Burst and Rackshack.....it is VERY slow, even on SSH.
