You can still lease 100 Domain License directly from Parallels however the 30 Domain Licenses are no longer sold.

You can likely find a license reseller who can offer you a 30 Domain License if you search the forums or check with your hosting provider as they may have a leased license solution for you.

Nope. Licenses are not transferable between partners or retail clients
