I'm at the early stages of starting up a small hosting biz. I have a few simple questions about the payment steps.

I noticed that on allmost all web hosts when you try to sign up you 1st get a form with some questions and afterwards it takes you to the payment screen.

I was playing around with paysystems and couldn't really find such an option.

So, is the 1st question form a seperate form or is it integrated with the order or paysystems.com?

Do you have your hosting packages in a shopping cart ot just quick buy thing?

If anyone (preferably a paysystems.com client) could tell me how do they have the order form setup it would be very much appriciated.

A lot of providers, myself included use a seperate form/database to collect user/domain/password information then send the user to the payment company after collecting that info. Unfortunately most payment companies don't have the option to collect the information that you need to set up an account....

Ok, thanks. I should then setup and seperate form for that info I suppose.

One more question, how do you connect the person who submitted the account info with the person who made the payment? Do you just look at the billing info they gave and see if it matches or do you have some tracking system?
