when opening a pdf file what is the best place to open it for optimal readability?
I've tried opening it on photoshop and word but its really becoming a pain. I dont know where to open these up

Adobe Acrobat works best for me.

Preview in OS X works fine too, usually.

Try the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe. That's what it's for.
