How much of WHT is too much?

I resist all day, then I say to myself that I'll hit WHT for just five minutes. Then 3 hours after, I am still here.

The sad thing here is that I do not care too much about webhosting.

Do you peple try to time yourself on WHT or do you eventualy just give in? I kinda hope that I will get bored and move on.

LOL I have to limit myself to max 3 hours a day, course theres exceptions like everyday. I'm consulting a therapist now, I'll keep y'all updated.
