Digital Technology Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to fulfill a level 2/3 support position. DO NOT APPLY if you are learning!!!! YOU MUST be well versed in:
Linux Admin:
Apache
Mail Technology
DNS Administration
Installing modules such as php, ssl, mrtg etc.
Ip Allocation and subnetting issues, including familarity with Arin polices and templates
Control panel familiarity including:
Cpanel
and Plesk
Customer Service is a must, you must be able to communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Employment is contract, we are a laid back company but have little patience for unqualified candidates, so please make sure you have the necessary skill sets.
Candidate must be on call 24/7. Be at least 18 years of age and live in the United States.
Hours will vary but will traditionally be between 30-40 hours a week. Pay is based upon experience and skill set.
