my client will renew thier hosting account in my web hosting company... so how to renew in whmcs in order my client can use their hosting until next year

In terms of renewal, the invoices should be automatically generated when the period is about to expire. If you wish to change it from lets say, MONTHLY to ANNUALLY. Just go to your client products/services, select the service and modify the payment terms.

They will not renew if CRON is not setup properly.
Please check CRON is running the /your/whmcs/admin/cron.php file

thank you for answer... but my client already 1 year in my hosting company, and my client already pay for next year manually via bank tranfer...

so how to extend in my WHMCS ?
