wanted to know, can you access the pdesk.cgi page without having users create a account, ive tried all the options in the settings and thought i got it, but every time i go to pdesk.cgi it makes you sign in.... any way of getting rid of this or shoudl i just modify the script?

i think it always works with a login... not sure though

I think skoop is right. The login takes each customer to their own area of Perl Desk, so that they have a record of tickets open and such. Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying though..
