I am trying to work my way through setting up and testing WHMCS before my 15 day trial expires. However, I have opened a support ticket (as a client) and logged in as a Full Administrator, but when I go to view support tickets, I get the following message:
"Access Denied
You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets"
Anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this?

Step 1: Login to your WHMCS Admin Panel
Step 2: Select Configuration Then Select Administrators select your admin
Step 3: Then find your username then you'll see an icon that has a notepad & Pencil select click on this icon
Step 4: Then look for something that says Assigned Departments
