Thanks for the info on hostdime. I'm seriously considering getting a reseller account with Techidentity. Anyone have any info on them?

To say the Least Simplenet Use to be a Reseller for SurpassHosting who complained about the speed of the server, to only go get a server from the same provider as SurpassHosting. Then decided to use SurpassHosting's Order form.

I have been using Tech Identity for the past several years. Formally edesignway.com they were. I have several reseller accounts with them. The price is right, and the service is great. I have used other reseller hosts, although the support wasn't great, and downtime was a problem. With Tech Identity, I have excelent Uptime, and they have great customer service. I run many high traffic web sites, and have no problem. I would recommend them over any other host or reseller host.

Sorry we were not happy with your services. I have learned that no matter what you do, no matter how good your business practices are, no matter what, you will always have a customer that leaves on a bad note.

It turns out the the NOC your servers are in is of good quality and your correct we now have clients based out of the burstnet facility. We also have servers in other NOC's.

Oh, there is a lot more then Bandwidth that determines the speed of the server!

I don't know where you pulled that information from. But, all my sites are currently hosted on techidentity.net's servers. I don't know why you are trying to cause problems.

As for Tech Identity's services, they are superb, and I recommend them to everyone.

OK, first of all, people at WHT often say they use a certain host, that don't, so some of us check on it. We'd like to believe you, really we would.
After your reply, I pulled three different queries from different sites, and before I reveal the results, I will tell you I removed personally indentifying info such as your name and address which, btw was the only consistant info I found.

Because the first line that says the IP is different on two of them, I actually went to the sites at 66.246.14.194 and 66.51.116.225 to see which one was right, and neither had the intercraze name, but at least the second one has a website.
So what could all this mean? That either the queries are wacky (and they could just be) or you have recently changed nameservers, and they aren't showing up everywhere yet.
Or I am nuts.
Or even all of the above.
I could do a query on the two IP's but, I give up.
If you say you are using that host, and they are great, then I'll just believe you.

Damn, all this for a refferal. Some people have too much time on their hands. Like I said, I host many sites with Tech Identity. I don't even use intercraze.com for my web site. It just so happens to be one of my accounts with Tech Identity. Good luck with your search for finding a reseller plan, just my suggestion is go with Tech Identity. I have experience with mchost.com and netacore.com, but I like techidentity.net's service better. Just my personal recommendation. It is for you to take it with a grain of salt or simply accept my recommendation. That is all, end of story.
