Sorry not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean best solution to install AMP programs or best solution in terms of a script? If you mean a script it completely depends what you're trying to do.

I've used XAMPP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XAMPP) before and it was pretty simple to get running on a USB memory stick. Not sure if that was exactly what you meant though...
