Is this for burstable or capped connections?

EDIT: Nevermind, I went to the site instead of being lazy. For anyone interested it IS burstable. :)

As you have said, yes it is burstable. You are connected via 100Mbps.

Would it be possible to upgrade packages after November 31 instead of paying an additional bandwidth fee?

Good question.

Yes you can upgrade, but stock is limited. We have a set amount of bandwidth that we can sell at this price if we sell it all we will be unable to offer you upgrades at these prices, you would have to pay our normal prices.

I would advise you think ahead, and take full advantage of this limited special offer.
