Their live chat has been "unavailable" for the last few WEEKS.

They haven't been on AIM at peak times...or any time possibly for the last week.

They were on MSN once for a few minutes about a week ago but didn't respond to me.

I haven't received a reply to any support tickets for a WEEK.

I E-Mailed their tech department, no reply there either.

I am going to try emailing the CEO of the company soon, I doubt I'll get a reply there too...

I honestly do not know what has gone wrong, before, this host had great support, but the live chat just went off a long time ago, and as for the rest...now it seems as if it's gone.

My site etc. still works fine, and the server is fast, but what about the support?...

Anyway, what do you suggest I do? I mean I really don't have time to go through the hassle of changing host again, all I want is some sort of reply from the host...
