I have win resell at voosevers .
It`s quite good, support, uptime, network ...

But i have big problem with the mails.
Gmail and Hotmail are sending the mail send from the server to spam or junk.
I have contact Vooservers support and they only say:

The only thing you can do is set the email as not junk in the gmail or yahoo account as it is down to how their servers percept the content in the email you are sending.
-----------

They are just test mails. I have send same test mails from other server and they are not send to junk or spam.

is there any way i can contact hotmail and gmail and ask what is the problem and how can be fixed. Or is there any other way to fix this ?

2) Fix/Set DomainKey Records
3) Set RDNS for the IP sending out email/mails.
4) Ensure your IP is not blacklisted.

No one can be sure unless they analyzed the headers of such email.

Most of the free email service providers would tag mail as SPAM owing to one or more of several reason, the content of your test mails might be one of these reasons too.

Some of the most popular reasons are lack of rDNS, SPF or incorrect setup of rDNS/SPF records, perhaps IP may be listed in RBL, the IP may be known spammer, etc.

Try to confirm that your IP might be blacklisted somewhere in any database.

How do you send emails?
Via script? like PHP or Perl?

Do you have setup the spf record for your domain?

The shared ip of the vps is listed as spam with the free mail providers. You have to contact each one and fill put a request.

3. your host should do this already
4. check ip blacklist status at spamhaus.org & spamcop.net
