View Full Version : Need to cancel with DynamiteHost

I can't access the DynamiteHost website and the forums for the last few days, therefore I haven't been able to update and upload as I can't access the HTTP, FTP or the CPanel.

Their support has been fast until I request my account to be cancelled and a refund. Sorry if I am posting up a support in this forum, but I can't even e-mail support.

Here's my e-mail to Fred the admin:

Hi Fred,

It looks like it's not happening for me at all recently, my ISP claimed that there's nothing wrong on their side and the DNS is constantly updated they said. Some of my members can't access the web page at all. I can't continue like this, because I haven't been able to update or upload as I have no access to CPanel, FTP or the HTTP for the past few days, my members have been complaining to me about this.

Fred, I may have to discontinue my hosting with you, not on bad terms but on good terms...I might have a break from this hosting thing and do something else, I just can't access my webpage, so there really is no point for me to continue this hosting is there? (It's also giving me a headache) Fred, I would like to enquire about a partial refund for the 9 months of hosting I have left with you guys. Before I leave... :( May I have a back-up of all my files and DBs as I may restart this website in the future.

This is my e-mail to Fred Harrington, my support requests are normally answered in less than 1 hour, but you haven't responded on ICQ or e-mail regarding this enquiry about the termination of my account or a partial refund.

I can access their site fine.....care to display your trace route to them?

I don't have any problems with thier site and I've never had an issue with thier customer service either. They've always been great.

That's what I'm saying, most people can view it, but I can't...this has happened for the last few days. Since I am the admin, I can't update or upload, thats why there is no point for me to continue this hosting.

Fred, if you are here please respond - I can't access the support boards or your site, I have sent you about 7 ICQ messages whilst you were online and have sent you an e-mail regarding this matter...support has slowed down all of a sudden, I need to terminate this hosting and enquire about a partial refund.

If you can't view the site it's a good bet your e-mails aren't getting through either. Have you tried using different DNS servers?
