guistuff.com is one of my favorite sites. I use photoshop and paintshop pro. Though I'm not a gfx expert at all.

Although, yesterday I found a site called MyWay (http://myway.com). It's from the founders of iWon.com but what makes it so unique is there are no advertisings whatsoever. The only thing I don't like about it is compared to Yahoo! it lacks content
