Hello WHM staff. Could someone please take a peek at a ten day old ticket #HQZ-759530? I tried to softly escalate it from regular to urgent a few days ago, so as not to bother anyone here, but that had little effect. It wasn't anything that needed to be done right that second, but I would appreciate it if someone could pass it along to where it needs to go. Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about the Web Hosting Talk Helpdesk? If so, I do not see a ticket with that number assigned to it.

Yes, sirius, sorry I used wrong initials (whm instead of wht). Ticket is from ten days ago (19th at 6:54PM Eastern) and I just double checked the number and it is indeed HQZ-759530. Should I resubmit? Thanks.

Moderator - Could the title of this thread be WHT Support ticket, I opened it expecting it to be something reagarding WHM/cPanel.

I do not think that WHT operates cPanel/WHM and does Server Management. :D

Yes, I pointed out my mistake in post #3, that I typed WHM where I meant to type WHT in the title. If a mod could change the title too, that would be great too. Thanks. The ability to edit it myself wasn't there, by the time I realised my mistake.
