Offline would be nice...

Yes, I was thinking about that too, but looking for something easier...
Maybe you know where I can find some Excel template about this issue?

I'am just downloading Contact browser, I'll see what can be done with it.
Thanks
There was a template available for download here some time ago. I ran across the thread this morning. Try here. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=60399 I have no experience with it, but I know a few others here have tried it and liked it.

I'm not sure about this, I keep hearing about people accessing 2000 and 2002 as well but what happens if you need to access customers from 2001? Seems like they skipped that year, Microsoft goofed :D
achost_ca 11-20-2002, 08:15 PM 'access 2000' is the name of the version of the microsoft access program from office 2000, same as how access 2002 is the version from office XP
achost_ca 11-20-2002, 08:16 PM bah, note to self: read hte entire post before replying
CDHost 11-20-2002, 08:33 PM Access is a great program to use to keep track of your customers... but it requires your updating when you get orders over the Internet. We keep all our info in a database online, but we have no sensetive data such as passwords, credit card numbers, etc.
We also use a third party for billing... outsourcing this gives us a lot more time to focus on hosting instead of financials and billing.
Lirath 11-21-2002, 06:27 AM CDHost - I second that...
Use php/mysql for the database information - keep client info such as address, name, stuff like that there and then use a third party biller... seems like it'd work out nice
