So I thought will this work?
There are places where we can pay them for signup or pay for reward points
So in the same way for eg. corporate plan I get 20$
I can pay 5$ for signup to the company that arranges that
So please tell me if there are companies like that I like to know more abt it...

This is called Affiliate Marketing. Hosts like HostGator.com and HostMonster will pay you $70-$80 per referral.

Its a bit hard to understand what he is asking for. Does he want to be an affiliate to make commissions or does he want affiliates to bring him business in exchange for a commission payout?

I want affilates to get me business.
But what I was telling here is like in mafia wars game is there is reward points. If you cant get it by credit card you can complete a offer and then get it free where offer is paid. In the same way if some one signups for this plan the get some reward points or cach in those websites. Pay per action or signup type websites list and how to promote there...
am i confusing?

I think getting affiliates using a points program would not work. You have to pay them in cash.
As far as where to get affiliates, there are many affiliate network sites out there. I am sure some of them would do it for hosting.

But there are many that pay 100$, etc,. But as resellers we cant pay that much. So if we pay 5$ who will come in networks like commission junction?

Have you thought of offering affiliates a percentage of the sales instead of a flat rate?

I can offer. That is not a problem for me. But I am a reseller and I cant offer 100% 50%, I get less than that. I get like 20% or something. Max I can give the affiliate is 5%-10%
So will any one come to 5% when many big companies offer 120% also?

You have to make it attractive for the affiliates. If your margins are that low, it is probably not going to be worth it for them.
