we are selling the domain free-webhosting.net. No site developed.

The domain was previously in use by someone else. We grabbed it upon expiration.
It is very useful for SEO since a domain name containing your keywords ("free webhosting") is always a plus on search engine.
The domain could be used to set up a database of free webhosts and receive money for advertisements in return or - obviously - to provide free webhosting service and make money from upgrades to paid accounts or by placing ads on your users' sites.
