hi, if i use drams for example to register domains for clients in that they go through my enon domain reseller account. with all these 2checkout problems, does that mean it will register a domain name FIRST - so its too late, charge the client after its been setup. and that means the client has the right to say no, and they have a domain?

Not with DRAMS. All money is verified before the domain is ever registered. No validation of money, no domain.
