i will use it
in downloading and uploading files to my site
and i will only setup firefox and idm and moviemaker
and i want space 10 gb
and the traffic i want it huge and big !!!
i want the monthly price
and i want to know the speed of downloading and uploading

The speed is related with you location, so if you are in USA you should look for US based ASP.NET hosting provider, but if you are located in Europe then look for Europe based hosting company. You could check for hosts in the main menu "Find a Host" section.

You still have yet to give us your budget. Cheap for some is 2 dollars cheap for others is 20. If you really want to run download files witch is usualy not allowed in shared hosts I would expect 15+

This is the place at webhostingtalk where hosts can post offers. My advice, if you want to use high amounts of disk space and bandwidht, go dedicated.

If cheap is the most important factor, you should find a linux hosting package.

And even if hosts were allowed, it would be a bit hard since you haven't even stated what exactly is cheap for you. You could consider a dedicated but since you want something cheaper, you might as well go for a vps.
