May i ask if anyone know when Modernbill says eWay as the supported payment gateway, do they mean www.eway.com.au or ?

I don't use eWay but I looked at the mod for you and it is pointing to https://www.eway.com.au so the answer is yes
they mean www.eway.com.au

We were using esec but are currently doing it all manually via an Amex terminal here (punching in the numbers).

This kinda sucks when you do the volume we do.

if your eway account is abchosting.com and your merchange account(with the banks) is xyzhosting.....what shows on the customer bill?

Good point. It's just frustrating when we are so close to almost 100% automation to get stuck waiting for this module to be ready.

any idea when the eway module gonna be completed or working?

No idea. MB have developed the module, it's just not working. They promised yesterday it would be looked at today, so here's hoping.

An update for anyone who's interested.

I now have a working version! MB have fixed a small line of code which was wrong in the eway module, and now all works perfectly.

We are all having a mini party in here let me tell ya. It's a good day!

Does the eWay module do all the batches etc?

I dont personally have a copy of modernbill, but I played with a friend of mines copy and noticed the eway module didn't ask for a clientID etc

eWAY is its own module in v4. You install it and then enable it.

And it works a treat.

As soon as I can work out how the Plesk Module works we'll be laughing even more.

I edited the finance settings so it uses eway, but from that part on I am at a loss.

So an additional module needs to be installed yeah as well as the codefix above?

Use the module-loader.php file to install it, then configure it in the system config.

so for the eway module to work, i need to change / fix the line or its done? remotely?

You need to enable the module first.

Then go in and change that line.

can i forexample, create order form 1 (for retail pacakge) and order form 2 for reseller
