I have never used any of them, so I cant' comment on their quality. best of luck on finding a good end-user support company. First it is you to decide which company to cooperate with.And I am sure you need to have a appointment with the manager who is in charge of to discuss something you care a lot.At the same time,you can get some info from the manager whether they are on the level.So that you can choose one who most suit you and that is ok. There are a number of them; I think Bobcares has been around the longest... not sure. While almost all of the long term ones, including Bobcares, have developed a very good reputation, you do need to investigate and really think about the impact to your business and your customers when you outsource end user support. <<snipped>> The former typically have zero end user customer interaction; and the latter often have enough customer interaction that IF they don't share your values, your method of operation, your method of tone of communication, .etc. can damage your business as much as help your business.
