Mediatemple (http://mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv/) is a great provider, though I'm not sure if they have Windows hosting or not. Hostlane (http://hostlane.com/) and M6.net (http://www.m6.net) are two good providers. Give them a shot and let us know what you think.
