Would Customers (Resellers) be interested in a dual location whm plan? This would allow them to sell UK & US Based web hosting.

it depents on the client, some might want it, but to be honest i wouldnt be offering it, thats just me. the only way we will be offering services on servers outside of UK is if the client specificaly asks for it and are willing to pay the extra

We see a number of customers wanting US based servers due to location of clients.
We're in the process of adding east asian servers also for the south east pacific

LA will give you good results to SE Asia as well and at a lesser cost most likely

We've got servers is California and the response times are ideal for UK, US & ''rest of world'' however Australian clients need better performance, so we setup a test server in singapore with great feedback. This also allows us to enter the east asian/chinese market.

Servers in the UK are ideal for anywhere in europe.

...awesome, looking forward on your Asia based server. How can a reseller account choose which location server to deploy its customer in WHM?

In This instance, We'll give them a WHM account on each of the servers, Then the client can resell sapce on each, via WHMCS or alike.

This is not clustered or Cloud - pure and simple standalones.

...how about DNS? Do you provide failover DNS or single server which host both ns1 and ns2?

Offering multiple locations and datacenters will definitely help you gain more clients and sign ups as you'll be targeting a larger demographic. However, the costs may be a lot higher as your customers may be more spread over the different locations.

We've been looking at this market over the past 24 months and have noticed a couple of VPS resellers but nothing on this scale. Each location has its own clustered DNS and seperate from the rest.

It is costing more than we would like, as the US & UK locations are paying for themself, The asian site wont, so a boost from resellers would be ideal.
Just testing the waters as they say, but others opinions great help!
