I would expect that if you email 2CO you'll get a response within a few weeks with directions on cancelling, but by that time you'll probably be beyond the 30 days.... I don't know what I would do in your situtaion. TomD 11-18-2002, 09:07 PM email me and i'll close the account and refund the setup fee. Include your ID# that was issued when you opened the account, and use the email address registered to the account. I signed up yesterday had no idea about all of this. I would like to cancel too....The one thing is I already had one sale for $100 what would happen to this? hostpc.com 11-18-2002, 09:57 PM Funny, when I mentioned that I wanted to cancel and receive a refund in 2checkout forums, no one offered me that option. Doesn't surprise me though. Instead Wadsworth just deleted my posts... TomD 11-18-2002, 10:41 PM You posted in a string that you had already been told was for information on the new policies. All posts "off topic" were removed, and notice posted as to why. Chicken 11-19-2002, 02:35 AM Originally posted by LiNuX The one thing is I already had one sale for $100 what would happen to this? I could swear I read in another thread that the order would be cancelled, refunded, etc., but you should ask Tom (/other) to be sure. Steven.C 11-19-2002, 06:48 AM Tom what would happen to this $100? Darth 11-19-2002, 06:52 AM It would be refunded to the customer. THe $100.00 order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer's credit card, and you can make alternative arrangements with them for payments.
