Don't expect any other processor to not have the same problems as 2CO - realize that this is Visa/MasterCard/etc trying to make things harder for us - not 2CO.

I would expect that if you email 2CO you'll get a response within a few weeks with directions on cancelling, but by that time you'll probably be beyond the 30 days....

I don't know what I would do in your situtaion.

email me and i'll close the account and refund the setup fee.

Include your ID# that was issued when you opened the account, and use the email address registered to the account.

Funny, when I mentioned that I wanted to cancel and receive a refund in 2checkout forums, no one offered me that option.

Doesn't surprise me though. Instead Wadsworth just deleted my posts...

You posted in a string that you had already been told was for information on the new policies. All posts "off topic" were removed, and notice posted as to why.

I could swear I read in another thread that the order would be cancelled, refunded, etc., but you should ask Tom (/other) to be sure.

We will not accept potential liability or exposure to chargeback on a closed account.

THe $100.00 order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer's credit card, and you can make alternative arrangements with them for payments.

don't worry about the 30 days secured. as long as I received the email prior to the time being up.
I can't do the cancellation with our new processing system, i'll reply to your email as soon as Kristi has credited your credit card.
