Does cpanel have the ability to assign the mysql databases on a machine to a seperate mysql machine or does it have to be on the same machine? Also can you have users add a 2nd drive if /home is full and make it /home2 and have new accounts created on that?

the answer is yes, accounts will be automatically set up on the /home2 partition if you have it in your system
