 | View Full Version : LLC Spunkyasp 10-20-2009, 07:09 PM Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me complete the section 206 of the LLC law. It's a requirements to publish newspapers which exists only in New York and certain other states. I was wondering if someone can explain how to do it. Basically you need to publish the ad in the newspaper announcing your new LLC.
