I have a dedicated server - P4 2,0GHz with 1GB RAM running FreeBSD and Plesk
I plan to share it with 3 other WHT members (4 users total)

For $95/mo each member gets:
- 20GB hard disk space
- 2 IP's
- 600GB monthly transfer
- up to 25% of server RAM and CPU

Plesk is unlimited, but we will have to agree on reasonable limits so not to overload the server... say, up to 20-25% of server RAM & CPU per member.

I will be responsible for server administration job (actually, 2 admins working in shift)

Question: who is your provider, where is the server located, and bw providers?

Server located at UnitedColo. BW providers - Internap & Williams.

Could you explain 20-25% of server RAM and CPU per member.
If there are 4 users then 25 x 4= 100% of server resouces....

We would have to agree on reasonable limits, of course.
