Anyone know of a legit domain appraisal company? One that actually appraises and not BS valuations?

Don't hold your breath waiting, most are totaly automated BS valuations,
and those that are 'only human' aren't much better.
But 'not being much good'[in my view], does not make them 'Not Legitimate'.

Some years ago I did 'combined valuations [50/50 auto/human]
but charging people[even peanuts] to tell them there domains are worth 'not a lot',
doesn't realy make good business sense.

At the end of the day, any domains value, is simply,
what a purchaser will pay, no more & no less.
