Hello,

When I go to http://www.domain.com:2095 and enter the username and password , it gives me :

Access Denied, This Account has been suspended.


I have try this with several account and the result is the same.It works fine if I read the webmail by went through the Cpanel Mail Menu but will not work on the web interface directly.

are you using the full e-mail address (ie somebody@somedomain.com) for the username?

Yup!

It is working fine now.I have try to unsuspend the account in WHM although the account is not supended and it works!!

We had a similiar problem once. Clients could not FTP into their accounts, we unsuspended them, even though they weren't suspended, and FTP worked. I guess something got out of sync, haven't seen the problem lately, and never did fully investigate it.
