I heard that HostGator is good. But they don't offer Win Server, except the Dedicated.
I need one that can run faster in China.
About the budget. It can be more or less the same as the rate that I currently paid to IX Webhosting:
10.95/month Annual
12.95/moth Semi-anual

I think finding a good Windows Server is one of the hardest things to find. I would strongly suggest by searching WHT http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?searchid=18661187 I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Best of luck!

Best if you can get a VPS in say HKK or Singapore. It will probably cost you between $40-60 USD. Well worth it though.

Which means exactly nothing, if your recent review of webhostingpad is correct yet WHP is still #10 best host on that site. :)

You might want to take a look at Discountasp.net. I've been using them for quite some time and I think their service is ggreat. At the same time though, because you want your site to run fast in China, you might want to take a look at a host in China or in Asia. Good luck.

There are still many factors to consider. You have to state your requirements for a hosting package or offer you might be interested of.

Loading speed is faster in Asia with servers in the West Coast
