I need both software and server, software to work and ring if someone request help. And the server maybe php/mysql to store data or history of chat and sent it to admin. the requirements to be open source that can be edited and also white label with the brand i wanted. it dose not matter to be free, but the source are open to edit it as i liked. LiveZilla is probably the most used/supported free chat system available. Take a look here (http://livezilla.net). This is not released as a true open source, but can be easily branded as needed. designbuyers 10-22-2009, 09:33 PM Yes, i tried livezilla but the source is not available, and i am not looking for free but open source to edit it and modified as i want even it cost money but it give the source of it. HostingSoftware 10-23-2009, 03:53 AM I have used LiveZilla for several months but It was little... too complicated for me. I would prefer to write own piece of software (we developed our own simple live chat software based on AJAX/XML) which perfectly fits our needs. designbuyers 10-23-2009, 01:31 PM Ajax/xml - do you mean you keep open browser ? HostingSoftware 10-24-2009, 11:54 AM In this case - yes. |
