hmm, if OS is a requirement then it would have been best to state that in the initial post, might want to post ALL requirements you have, that way we can help you best and not suggest systems that are not suitable

I am using windows currently but the server i am using is Linux.

I need both software and server, software to work and ring if someone request help.

And the server maybe php/mysql to store data or history of chat and sent it to admin.

LiveZilla is probably the most used/supported free chat system available. Take a look here (http://livezilla.net). This is not released as a true open source, but can be easily branded as needed.

Yes, i tried livezilla but the source is not available, and i am not looking for free but open source to edit it and modified as i want even it cost money but it give the source of it.

I have used LiveZilla for several months but It was little... too complicated for me. I would prefer to write own piece of software (we developed our own simple live chat software based on AJAX/XML) which perfectly fits our needs.
