i have about 30 website that get a constant amount of traffic about 1k page views per day for each site. each site uses about 150mb of storage currently i am going to need more storage going forward as the sites expand.
i have used a few different shared hosting accounts have not had much trouble but i need to be able to give access to a programmer or a webmaster on some of the sites individually and with shared hosting i can not do this. i only have the ability to give them FTP access and i don't want them logged into my account.
so i have found that a reseller account is the best option.
i need about 5-10GB of space with the ability to buy more if needed. and enough bandwidth to support 60000 page views per month and i have found this being about 20gb or so the most i have used in a month is 18gb. not every site needs to have separate cpanels but one some of the sites i want to be able to grant control to a webmaster so i will need to have at least 10 cpanel accounts.

my budget is open but i am looking to spend less than $20 a month if there is a reason to spend more i will.

if there is any other ideas to accomplish my goals here let me know if there is a shared hosting way or if i need something else like a vps let me know thanks to everyone for their input.

If you want to give people root access - it's not clear to me whether this is what you mean - a VPS may be a better option. I think many resellers will not allow root access for security reasons.

Is there any questionable content? Everything is legal?

If so, your requirements seem reasonable. Check out the offers forum, try the find a host feature, try WebHostingDirectory (http://www.webhostingdir.com), and if you go with VPS, I'd strongly recommend managed.

if you go with vps you need atleast 384 mb ram to be safe with cPanel

reseller well try hostgator free whmcs license and use coupon code "cactus" to get 25 dollars off

why wouldn't the 150mb or 188bm be enough?

A reseller account would be fine for your needs.

Horrible performance and/or services constantly failing.

I assume you need to review VPS deals as well. If all web sites belongs to you I assume you will be able to find easily small VPS for that
