is there a reliable, not-too-expensive, fast unix/linux bulk reseller?
is there a place that resells mac os x space?
is there a place that offers everything under one hat (reselling hosting, domains and maybe has a merchant gateway)?

That is actually a pretty good idea...To have one company offer say A reseller plan, an enom account, and a merchant account. The monthly fees would probably be high though...
