Hiya all,

I've been watching the rackshack bargain basement page for a week or so waiting for that killer plan to come around. I've found a couple when browsing around 2 - 4am EST, but when I've attempted to purchase the online ordering has been down for maintance. When I call sales number, I'm told that sales is closed. Now I log back on a couple hours later and the ordering is back up... the online ordering seems to go down every night, does anyone know the exact time?

(the reason I ask is the server I was going to get seems to have been snatched up in the time I last checked and now. :bawling: )

You really just have to wait and keep your fingers crossed. For the most part you are able to order even when they are down, it just goes via an email order form instead of the instant setup.

But typicallly when all is well you are online as soon as you make the order.

Awsome.. yeah I saw the e-mail order form but never bothered with it - now I wish I could have, LOL

Usually the ordering section of our site will go offline for daily maintenance that may include, backups, billing and what not. This is all usually performed between 11p.m. and 3a.m. CST. I hope this helps answer any questions. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
