what kind of website templates in particular are you looking for ?? Hosting ??

Probably the best idea for a tech site like this, is to have a php/mysql combo to create dynamic pages, I use this setup for my own site which is a tech site. It allows things to be easier to ad and makes things alot quicker and less work.

http://www.hostskin.com have templates targeted at Web Hosting Companies, however I am sure you could find one that would work for a computer related site also. I believe they have an advertisement running here on WHT :)
