Give more details about you offer such as how am I going to get paid, what kind of graphics to created and so forth. I hope its not no free service thing.

Well you will become part of Totalthemes.com gfx/prog. Team As we get clients who want design,sites etc.. done. And yes all the people WILL get paid for any client work done. I have made a small price list atm not up on the site.
You can get paid by paypal and/or check sent to your home.
As for the gfx there will be banners,logo's buttons,flash etc..
Anyways I hope that helps a little.:)
